The first images of video game based on this tale of zombies are already available, and some details about the development.

If you're a fan of zombies sure you know The Walking Dead, by either the original or the comic adaptation by AMC for television . Whatever the case, you know that IGN are already working on a videogame based on this dramatic story.

In an interview with the writer of the script for the game, we know some details about the progress of the game, as well as some preliminary images will look the same, and you can see below.


I draw attention to the game is based on the original comic book story, not the TV series, which I think is an important point, because the plot will remain faithful to its source, something that pleases the majority fans of the genre.


It has also been known that the story is based on the character of Lee Everett, who is handcuffed in the back of a police car when they have an accident with another car driven by a zombie. All this happens while Rick, the protagonist of the series, still in coma.

It seems very wise decision to make the story dynamic, depending on the decisions taken by the character. This means that the other characters act accordingly to select dialogues, and sometimes even have to decide who lives and who dies, to continue interacting with that character, and not likely to return to change what you've done.

All these elements create a type of game that caught my attention, then, of course, the fight against zombies who can not miss in this game. It will be a matter of waiting to finish the development process and the game gets to the windows to enjoy the final result.

It's very simple and you can get more FPS, reduce model detail and more !

Okay, let's begin. Open up your CoD4 directory.
Find CoD4 exectuable and open it using any text editor (i use notepad++)
Click CONTROL+F and type in 'com_maxfps' then replace 'com' with 'con'.
Save and start your CoD4 go to any server and type in console /con_maxfps 333 now you can enjoy 333 FPS without promod warnings !
But remember file length has to be the same it means, you can only replace characters but not remove or add them.
Else you may get banned for incorrect file length.

Here are few DVARS I have replaced for myself:

r_lodscalerigid => j_lodscalerigid 4;
r_lodbiasrigid => j_lodbiasrigid 0;
r_polygonoffsetbias => j_polygonoffsetbias -16;
r_lodscaleskinned => j_lodscaleskinned 4;

Those are forced by promod to be exact values.

I suppose
A lot of people will ask if you can get banned for that ?
We can't say if you can get banned for it or not.
I've been playing with it for three months now and I didn't get banned.

You can host here your free Call of Duty 4 or Call of Duty 2 gameserver for wars or just for fun! Also you can use the teamspeak server.
The server gets automatically killed if there aren't any players on the server for 10 minutes. Feel free to host your game!
